Rare Monday Scam???
Rare star glasses. Seriosuly. That's all they got.
I mean, they're going down the clothing store line and choosing random clothes to make diff. colors! This is jsut like a pets as presents, I'd rather have items. Yeah, they're cool an' all, but their actual animals you can be and sort of repeating the cycle that AJHQ is running out of ideas. Or making something BIG. Better be worthy :P

Yesterday I got a Jam a Gram from my buddy to meet her at her house. So I did, naturally. This is what happened (I'm Juniper Tinygem), and I wasn't sure if it was a joke, for real, or a scam until near the end. I acted pretty normal even though it was hard to believe through the beginning. If it was a scam, she thought it out well. I'm not putting out her username currently. Plus, why did she say a name if one of the AJ rules is to not put out personal info!!?? It was kind of convincing.

This was a message from her when I asked how it was going. And I mean, sweet, I'd be satisfied with that!!! (Not that I know if it's true.)
HA! Try to guilt trip me now, huh? Well, my parents knocked THAT outta me, so nice try! Why would a person at AJ even SAY that??

One of those Moments
So this is one of those, "What the heck just happened" moments. These happen all the time, like through scams, bad trades, and extra, but sometimes it's just better to spill it to your friends.
This is one Jammer's story of one of these moments:
Fauna Icyclaw: we were all ninja bunnies
Fauna Icyclaw: and umm
Blossom Thecat: Ok.
Blossom Thecat: 0.o....
Fauna Icyclaw: one of the members of the group traded me
Fauna Icyclaw: she traded green nm sword for my worn
Blossom Thecat: Mhm...
Fauna Icyclaw: i accepted
Blossom Thecat: Thats a fair trade :U
Fauna Icyclaw: i asked my buddies if my nm sword was more rare
Fauna Icyclaw: they said it was
Fauna Icyclaw: so i was like (\^D^/)
Fauna Icyclaw: and then all of the sudden,
Fauna Icyclaw: the girl who traded me acted like it was her sister who did the trade
Fauna Icyclaw: she asked if i could trade back... i said no
Blossom Thecat: You don't trade back. You trade, it's done.
Fauna Icyclaw: EXACTLY
Fauna Icyclaw: and all my buddies got mad at me
Fauna Icyclaw: the person who traded me had a camera icon
Fauna Icyclaw: i wasnt even her buddy, and it showed
Blossom Thecat: Oh.... O_O
Fauna Icyclaw: she was part of the camera crew
Blossom Thecat: She's part of the daily explorer team..

Fauna Icyclaw: how does she even MANAGE to do that!?
Fauna Icyclaw: so she said that she CAN BAN ME

Fauna Icyclaw: I believed that because after all, shes part of the daily explorer
So first off, that'd just plain be scary, and second, this kind of scam of saying, "I didn't mean to trade that" happens all the time! That and, "oh, could we trade back?" and never put the item on trade so if you do you end up trading it back for super bad items. It's just all around wrong and a little sick that some people find entertainment scamming little kids of their games they play and actually worked for and usually making them cry. In real. Because it feels terrible, like you've just been ripped out and they're laughing in your face. That kind of thing is pretty hard to forgive. I just don't understand why scammers bother.
My sister started scamming once! She only managed to actually scam one or two people, and for stuff you can buy, but I made her send them back with an apology because I was scammed once before and it was horrible. She kept saying it wasn't that bad and you can buy it, but you know it's just going to grow worse and worse.
FLASHBACK TIME!!!
When I was scammed, I had just started and all. I had every color bow but my favorite was the blue bow, before they were rare an' all. A seal, green and orange, had said that he had a glitch to trade a bow for a headdress. So, yes, I went. Most people left and I can't exactly remember the trade, which was BAD, but I got SO upset. I freaked out, reported him, teamed up with other victims of the guy, and even emailed Aj about it. The next day I went on and POOF! It was there! I was like: HALLELUJAH!!! All the items I had bought before or changed in my den were gone, as if the day never happened, but I really didn't care. Plus the Daily Spin was still on x3, so I was satisfied with however that worked out.

Must...Get...Raccoon!!
No raccoons yet! Keep your eyes open tomorrow for the AJ update!!!!
In the shops, it like AJHQ is sticking with their cowboy theme with a rope Lasso to go along with the Cowboy Hat and Cowboy Boots. Lassos are back items - they circle in the air, hovering above your head. Kind of strange . . . but very creative! What do you think of these new items? Do you think they mean something for Jamaa's future, or are they just another line of clothing? Anyway, here's today's DE "Jammer Art" post!

Suspense...
There's not much news in Jamaa today, but maybe they're holding it back for the big news coming soon... raccoons!
My most favorite thing about new animals is seeing their actions, but whenever I log in I see people already doing them or freaking out and it ruins the surprise for me. :P
I'll try to make the raccoon post as early as possible, because I'll probably hog my computer getting them and ex.
My fellow blogger, cubscout9, thinks there is going to be a surprise new land coming out with the raccoons. She says she thinks so because on AJ's twitter they had an odd land, and there has not been a new land for a while. Plus the birds of paradise party was located where no one had seen before (which I love that land, even if it's super hard to find my buddies) and the party location looks like the background on twitter! You can find her blog here.
*Sigh...* I still need gems so I'll be ready to buy some raccoons. I hope they're not too small... I wish they could be nonmember too, but I highly doubt that because AJ pampers their members. Not that I have a problem with that, being both a member and nonmember. Okay, now everything just starts going into members or nonmembers. I think they're equal, but AJ should have more nonmember items along the way.
